Rosemary Johnson Marriage Celebrant – Supporting local wildlife rehabilitation
By choosing Rosemary Johnson as your celebrant, you're also supporting local wildlife rehabilitation services in Kangaroo Valley.
As a romantic at heart, I love everything to do with weddings, but most of all I love the ceremony. It is a magical moment for me as a marriage celebrant when a couple, oblivious to their ‘audience’, declares their love for each other.
I have attended ceremonies where the vows are brief, comedic or quite poetic. The thing all of these ceremonies had in common was the obvious meaning behind the words, which were particularly relevant for each couple.
I believe that a ceremony is about ‘celebrating your love’. Whether your ceremony is in an intimate setting or in front of a large gathering, it is an open expression of your love for each other in a way that is personal to you.
Every couple’s love story is unique and being a celebrant allows me to conduct ceremonies that truly reflect each couple’s distinctive style. I like to work closely with couples, allowing them to express themselves in their own way, which enables us to produce a ceremony that is reflective of all the special qualities of their relationship.
As a Kangaroo Valley local, I'm happy to connect you with other local eco-wedding vendors.
I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which I work live and work, and the importance of cultural heritage and connection to country.
A portion of your booking fee is donated to local non-profit wildlife rehabilitation services, helping preserve what has drawn you to Kangaroo Valley now and into the future.
Looking forward to meeting you,
Rosemary x
"For us, the ceremony was the most important aspect of our day and Rosemary helped us to find the right words to express our love and commitment to each other. Many people commented on how moving they found the ceremony and how well it reflected us as both individuals and as a couple. We would highly recommend Rosemary to anyone seeking a celebrant sensitive to and able to respond to the clients requirements." Karen and Grant.
