Victoria is a Blue Mountains based Celebrant, mum and greyhound rescue advocate who is all about keeping you calm and relaxed throughout your whole planning process.
Inclusive language and making traditions meaningful to you and your guests are two of her biggest passions - closely followed by petting your dogs. NB: if you like cats that is also OK, she doesn't discriminate.
You are getting married, hooray! It’s a completely joyful time in a person’s life, and I am so excited to be able to help you plan your ceremony so that your love is celebrated the way that you want it to be. Outside of the legal requirements it really is all about you, don’t forget that!
I love thinking outside the box, but have a great deal of respect for the traditional approach as well - though I have some pretty strong feelings about anything that doesn't promote inclusivity. Tradition is wonderful when it has meaning, so a lot of our discussions will centre around what/who is important to you and how we can celebrate it/them in a way that fits with today's society. I will work with you until we have created ceremony that leaves you and your guests feeling exhilarated and loved and a million other happy type feelings, pinky promise!
With the majority of my clients looking for a relaxed and fun start to their wedding day, I am especially focussed on keeping you calm and in the moment throughout our interactions and especially on the day itself. You can get so caught up in the planning that the whole purpose of the wedding - the fact that you are declaring your love for your favourite human to the point of making them your chosen family - can become an after thought. The way I work with you is designed to make the ceremony planning process the most stress free and fun element of your wedding adventure, with a particular focus on how you can reduce stress in other areas of your planning.
If you’re on Less Stuff, More Meaning looking for someone to marry you, then you are my kind of people. We have so much to talk about - I would love to hear about your plans and answer any questions you might have about this whole getting married thing, so get in contact and we'll make it a date!
